    In your BigCommerce control panel, go to Advanced Settings → API Accounts. Create one with order + shipment + product scopes. Copy the store hash and access token.

    Paste credentials, connect a carrier

    Paste store hash + access token in Shipnest's Connect dialog. We test the connection live before saving. Then connect a carrier — ours or yours.

    Orders arrive via webhook

    BigCommerce signs every new-order webhook with HMAC-SHA256. Shipnest verifies, persists the order, and shows it in the dashboard within seconds — no 10-minute cron lag.
